Join the UC Master Food Preservers of Sacramento County for an in-person demonstration.

This registration will include:

• Preparation of salmon for canning
• Reviewing low acid vs high acid foods
• How the pressure canning process works
• Samples created using pressure canned salmon taught and created by our volunteers
