USDA 101 Programs
About the Event
USDA Agencies, the Farm Service Agency (FSA), the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Rural Development (RD), and the Office of Partnerships & Public Engagement (OPPE) will host a USDA Programs 101 in-person information session on Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. PT. USDA FSA, NRCS, and RD leadership will provide farmers, ranchers, and rural community representatives with a breakdown of programs and resources that are available at their respective agencies.
The event includes one-on-one talks with USDA technical advisors to guide farmers, ranchers, and rural community representatives on the necessary requirements to:
- Submit an application for shared programs and resources.
- Discuss the supporting documents that are needed prior to visiting a USDA Center.
This event will also serve as an opportunity for USDA leaders to listen to and understand the support community stakeholders need.
