About the Event

Preserving the summer harvest is fun, easy and safe when you know how to make jams and jellies. This online class will teach you a variety of recipes and techniques including water bath and steam canning. Master Food Preserver volunteers will walk you through the science and art of preserving these delicious and useful pantry staples!
