Don’t let pests take a bite out of your harvest! Join UC's Integrated Pest Management team as they kick off an invasive species mini-series with an informational webinar on invasive pests that impact your edible garden. This session will cover a range of species that can damage plants like citrus, tomatoes, strawberries, stone fruits, and more. From the Asian citrus psyllid and Huanglongbing disease to fruit flies and stink bugs, learn how to recognize signs of these pests. Discover steps you can take to protect your harvest and learn how you can help stop the spread of invasive species.

UC IPM’s new Invasive Species Mini-Series explores the many ways invasive species impact our lives, from harmful garden pests and aquatic hitchhikers to destructive tree pests, invasive weeds, and the policies that guide prevention and response.

Join them from 11 am–noon on the first Wednesday of each month to learn about invasive pests and their impacts in California. The series is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required. All webinars will be recorded and posted to their YouTube channel in case you miss one!
