Come to our Annual Wreath Workshop on Saturday, December 2 at 1 pm. The cost of the workshop is $50.00 per person or per wreath. This fee includes access to greens, paddle wire, embellishments, bow-everything you need to make a unique wreath. We will have refreshments for you as well.

Thursday February 27, 3-4 pm- Janey Santos, UC Master Gardener of Yolo County will take a deep dive into Seed Starting. Methods such as soil blocking, cell trays and direct sowing will be discussed along with recommended supplies, techniques and tips.

In West Sacramento, the UCCE Yolo County Master Gardeners will be available to answer your gardening questions at their twice monthly gardening Questions and Answers Desk, held at Lowes, 2250 Lake Washington Blvd.

UCCE Master Gardeners-Yolo will demonstrate flower arranging and making small arrangements.

Make dinner for two with this in-person, hands-on class for you and a guest with the UC Master Food Preservers of Sacramento County.

Boiling Water Canning 101 Learn which foods can be safely preserved using the water bath canning method. This in-person class will cover the boiling water canning process, including the selection of produce and preparation of jams, jellies, canned fruits, and tomatoes.
