4-H Jam Making For Fair Entry

Learn how to make jam and enter it in the Mid-State Fair! Each 4-H participant will make 3 jars of jam/jelly, either grape jelly or strawberry jam. Take one jar home to share and use the other two jars for fair entries. This is a free workshop open to current 4-H youth members, ages 9-19.
